Job summary

RRD coordinates production of printed materials and related services for clients, ensuring seamless engagement from initial contact to final disposition. The role emphasizes proactive planning, problem solving, and maintaining strong client relationships.

You will work with production leadership, optimize workflows, and may mentor junior staff while ensuring accurate job instructions and timely billing.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with 5+ years of relevant client service / administrative / operational support in manufacturing operations or office environment.
• Excellent knowledge of the functional area(s) related to the job.
• Able to consistently apply applicable policies, procedures, regulations, and program objectives.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate effectively across departments.
• Must have strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and prioritize workload.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production of printed materials and print-related services for clients across all stages of the manufacturing process.
• Build and maintain client relationships and provide solutions to client concerns.
• Mentor junior staff by providing a quality review and sharing knowledge.
• Ensure job instructions are entered in manufacturing systems and scheduled.
• May assist sales with pricing and scheduling of potential business.
• Support Kitting, Warehousing and Distribution needs as required.
• Prepare paperwork for timely billing and coordinate supplies for jobs.
