Qualifications

• Previous experience in print, direct mail, fulfillment, or a related production environment preferred.
• Strong customer service and relationship-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to work effectively with customers and multiple internal departments.
• Computer proficiency; experience with ERP or print-management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
• Develop and maintain strong, professional customer relationships.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, including RFQs and RFIs.
• Provide timely updates regarding job status, milestones, lead times, and committed delivery dates.
• Handle customer concerns and escalations professionally and effectively.
• Proactively communicate with customers when an estimated delivery date may not be achievable.
• Monitor jobs throughout the production process to ensure projects remain on schedule.
• Coordinate with internal departments to identify and resolve potential production or scheduling issues.
• Ensure customer-supplied materials and components are available when needed to meet production schedules.
