You will liaise between clients and production teams, advise on options, manage timelines, and ensure accuracy under tight deadlines. This role requires strong communication, familiarity with print file formats, and collaboration across prepress, production, and finishing teams.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison between clients and print production teams, ensuring accurate communication of job specifications.
• Handle incoming customer inquiries, quotes, and print orders via phone, email, and in person.
• Provide expert guidance on printing options, file preparation, production timelines, and specifications.
• Track and manage job progress, provide status updates, and proactively resolve production issues.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate client records, job tracking, and order documentation in print management systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer service and production-related issues quickly and professionally.
• Support workflow efficiency by coordinating across prepress, production, and finishing teams.
