Job summary

RRD is seeking a Production Coordinator to coordinate the production of printed materials and related services for clients while maintaining strong client relationships throughout the manufacturing process.

You will work with production leadership to assess and plan major project aspects, develop solutions to client concerns, and ensure accurate job instructions and scheduling in the proper systems. Strong communication, organization, and flexibility to work weekends/holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Requires excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and prioritize workload.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production of printed materials and related services for clients.
• Maintain positive client relations through all stages of manufacturing.
• Assess, plan and coordinate major aspects of projects with production leadership.
• Provide solutions to client concerns and process improvements, including invoicing and proofs of deliveries.
• Build and maintain client relationships and consult with clients & production to execute plans.
• Enter and verify job instructions in manufacturing systems and schedule.
