Job summary

RRD in Minnesota is seeking a Production/Account Coordinator to coordinate the production of printed materials and maintain strong client relations from initial contact through final delivery.

You will plan and coordinate projects with production leadership, develop solutions to client concerns, manage orders, and ensure job instructions are entered accurately into the company's manufacturing systems while supporting cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with 5+ years of relevant client service / administrative/operational support in manufacturing operations or office environment directly related to the duties of the job.
• Must apply policies, procedures, regulations, and program objectives consistently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production of printed materials and print-related services for clients.
• Build and maintain client relationships throughout all stages of production.
• Consult with clients & production to execute plans and provide solutions to concerns.
• Enter and verify job instructions in manufacturing systems and schedule production.
• Assist sales with pricing/scheduling and discuss capabilities with clients.
