Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required with 5+ years of relevant client service/administrative/operational support experience.
• Ability to consistently apply policies, procedures, regulations, and program objectives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production of printed materials and related services for clients from start to finish.
• Develop solutions to client concerns and assist with process improvement and invoicing reconciliation.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and manage priorities to meet business needs.
• Consult with clients and production teams to execute plans and discuss capabilities.
