Job summary

RRD is seeking a detail-oriented coordinator to oversee the production of printed materials and related services for clients. You will maintain positive client relations through all stages of manufacturing and ensure accurate handling from initial contact to final disposition of products.

Responsibilities include planning production, solving client concerns, building relationships, and mentoring junior staff while aligning with production leadership to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with 5+ years of relevant client service / administrative support in manufacturing or office settings.
• Excellent knowledge of job-related policies, procedures, and objectives.
• Ability to work across departments with strong communication skills.
• Proven ability to apply policies and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan and coordinate major aspects of projects/production with leadership.
• Provide solutions to client concerns, process improvements, and invoicing issues.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Collaborate with clients and production to execute plans.
• Set priorities to meet business needs and deadlines.
• Manage high-profile or large-volume accounts.
• Mentor junior staff with quality reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Enter and verify job instructions in manufacturing systems and schedule queues.
• Provide pre-sales support on capabilities and requirements.
• Assist sales with pricing and scheduling using price sheets.
• Support sales with Kitting, Warehousing and Distribution needs.
• Gather paperwork for timely billing and understand work performed.
• Determine supplies and paper needs, coordinating with vendors.
• Assist with RFPs and client copy prep as needed.
• Perform other duties and participate in special projects.
