Job summary

RR Donnelley & Sons is seeking a Production Coordinator/Account Coordinator to manage printed materials production and maintain strong client relations through all manufacturing stages. You will work with production leadership to plan, coordinate, and execute projects, delivering tailored solutions for client needs.

Ideal candidates have excellent communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with 5+ years of relevant client service / administrative/operational support in manufacturing operations or office environment directly related to the duties of the job.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production of printed materials or print-related services for clients.
• Maintain positive client relations through active engagement from initial contact through final disposition of the product.
• Assess, plan and coordinate major aspects of projects/production with production leadership.
• Provide and/or develop unique solutions to client concerns and process improvements.
• Build and maintain client relationships and consult with clients & production to execute plans.
• Meet business deadlines by prioritizing workload and managing schedules.
