Job summary

You will manage job requirements from initial contact through final disposition, ensuring accurate instructions enter in systems and communicating with customers through all stages.

This onsite role requires strong MS Office skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work with multiple teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant administrative/operational support in manufacturing operations or office environment directly related to the duties of the job.
• Advanced knowledge of technology including computers and software programs such as MS Office or MAC word processing.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate effectively across departments.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and prioritize workload.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production of printed materials and related services for customers.
• Engage customers to gather job requirements and translate into detailed manufacturing instructions.
• Ensure job instructions are entered and verified in manufacturing systems and production schedule.
• Confer with customers throughout production and coordinate changes to jobs.
• Monitor progress and ensure final product meets customer requirements and company standards.
• Tally final production runs and assemble paperwork for billing purposes.
