RRD is a global provider of marketing, packaging, print, and supply chain solutions. Coordinate production and client-facing activities, maintaining relations through all stages of manufacturing to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.

This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams, including sales and production, with potential weekend/holiday work as needed.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with 5+ years of relevant client service/administrative/operational support in manufacturing or office settings.
• Excellent knowledge of the applicable policies, procedures, regulations and program objectives.
• Ability to oversee junior staff and review/audit work for accuracy.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office/Mac and Google Suite or similar programs to complete duties.
• Excellent oral and written communication across departments.
• Strong organizational skills to manage deadlines and workload.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate production of printed materials and related services for clients.
• Maintain positive client relations through engagement across the full manufacturing process.
• Assess, plan and coordinate major project/production aspects with leadership.
• Provide solutions to client concerns and process improvements.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Consult with clients and production to execute plans.
• Prioritize tasks to meet business demands.
• Mentor junior staff and provide quality reviews.
• Ensure job instructions are entered and verified in manufacturing systems and production schedules.
• Assist with pre-sales support and pricing discussions when needed.
• Support sales with RFPs, pricing, and distribution needs.
• Prepare appropriate paperwork for timely billing and manage supplies for jobs.
• Coordinate with vendors for paper and components.
• Contribute to special projects as assigned.
