Job summary

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to gather job requirements and translate into detailed manufacturing/kitting and shipping/postal instructions.
• May suggest workflow improvements to maximize benefits for customer and company.
• Provide quality review to ensure information is accurate before production.
• Enter and verify job instructions in manufacturing systems and production schedule.
• Coordinate with customers during production to provide status updates and coordinate changes.
• Review proofs with customer and obtain approvals for materials such as artwork or ink samples.
• Coordinate production with internal plants and external vendors as needed.
• Communicate issue resolutions to customers and determine root causes where applicable.
• Mentor junior staff or work on special projects as assigned.
