Job summary

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to gather job requirements and translate to manufacturing instructions.
• Provide workflow improvement suggestions to maximize benefits.
• Perform quality review before production begins.
• Enter and verify job instructions in systems and production schedule.
• Communicate with customers about job status and changes.
• Coordinate production with internal plants and external vendors.
• Tally final production and assemble paperwork for billing.
• Mentor junior staff and participate in special projects.
