Responsibilities include installing print drivers, troubleshooting non-hardware issues, answering inquiries about equipment, and training end users on proper machine function. The role requires basic networking knowledge and customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of networking; A+ or Network+ certification preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication; customer-service mindset.
