GFI Digital is seeking a Print IT Field Support IT Technician in Lowell, MA to install, support, and repair printing and network connectivity for MFPs and related software. The role requires strong computing and networking knowledge, plus a positive team attitude to support our customers and internal teams.

You will perform configuration, installation, firmware updates, and training while maintaining service quality and timely administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring MFPs on customer networks.
• Ability to troubleshoot connectivity, printing and scanning issues.
• Comfort with firmware updates and device configuration.
• Willingness to complete classroom and on-the-job training.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and connect MFPs to customer networks and systems, including drivers and software.
• Troubleshoot printing, scanning, and network problems related to GFI equipment.
• Provide customer training on device usage and software.
• Update firmware on a variety of equipment.
• Maintain accurate administrative documentation and service records.
