GFI Digital is seeking a Print IT Field Support IT Technician to install, support, and repair printing and network issues related to MFPs and related software. You will work in the field with a focus on customer satisfaction and technical excellence.

The role requires extensive knowledge of computers, networks, and software, along with a positive attitude and teamwork. Training and advancement opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Customer Service Experience is required.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• A+ or Network+ Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure and connect MFPs to customers' networks and systems, including drivers and software.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, printing, scanning, and related issues.
• Update firmware on equipment and manage territory and field calls.
• Complete administrative tasks accurately and timely.
