Qualifications

• Basic understanding of networking and PCs; A+ or Network+ certifications preferred.
• Extremely accurate and detail-oriented with strong written and oral communication skills.
• Self-motivated and deadline-driven with analytical problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Install print drivers (PC or MAC).
• Repair non-hardware printing issues.
• Answer general inquiries regarding client’s equipment.
• Train end users on proper machine function.
