Job summary

GFI Digital is seeking a Print IT Field Support IT Technician to install, support, and repair printing and network connectivity for MFPs and related software. The role requires strong computer, network, and software knowledge gained through training and hands-on work, along with a positive team-focused attitude.

You will be responsible for configuring MFPs, troubleshooting connectivity and print issues, updating firmware, and maintaining territory calls and installations.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• A+ or Network+ certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure MFPs on customer networks and systems, including drivers and software.
• Troubleshoot printing, scanning, and connectivity issues with GFI equipment.
• Provide customer training and documentation as needed.
• Update device firmware and manage field installations within the territory.
• Maintain accurate administrative records and reports.
