Motorola Solutions is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager- Voice AI to turn ambiguous AI concepts into enterprise-scale products and platforms. You will drive delivery of voice and language understanding models, AI infrastructure, and associated services to improve customer outcomes.

Reporting to the VP of AI, you will own KPI-driven programs, foster cross-functional collaboration, and guide developer practices with a strong focus on MLOps and scalable architectures, while

Formación

• 10+ years of technical program management experience.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML, preferably speech and models and LLMs, MLOps and AI infrastructure.
• Experience defining and implementing metrics frameworks (KPIs, OKRs).
• Strong analytical skills with AI performance metrics and real-time processing.
• Leadership at a principal level with cross-functional influence.
• Excellent communication for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Customer-focused with experience understanding customer needs.
• Domain knowledge in public safety or security-focused software is a plus.
• Pathfinding in highly ambiguous product concepts and early-stage discovery.

Responsabilidades

• Drive End-to-End AI Feature Delivery across central AI org and product teams.
• Define and measure AI model impact on customer outcomes with baselining.
• Advise on AI/ML in SDLC and track adoption and engineering velocity.
• Create and maintain a high-value executive dashboard for AI metrics and goals.
• Communicate strategic AI initiatives and progress to stakeholders and customers.
• Lead emergent initiatives from concept through scoping and transition to PdM.
