Job summary

HDR is seeking a Principal Project Manager to lead the management of highly complex infrastructure programs within the Transportation Business Group. You will advise clients on technical, regulatory and financial aspects while directing multidisciplinary teams across planning, design, and construction functions to deliver projects safely and efficiently.

As a key member of HDR's Transportation leadership, you will drive program governance, risk management, and financial performance, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Planning, Sciences, or related field required.
• Professional licenses/certifications: PE/P.Eng, PMP, PgMP, AICP or CCM.
• Minimum 10 years of program management; 4+ years as Senior PM on $500M+ programs.
• Experience with DB, PDB, CMAR, EPC delivery methods.
• Strong leadership and communication for client executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary infrastructure programs with high technical complexity.
• Advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial and community aspects.
• Plan, direct, and monitor program execution across many disciplines.
• Develop plans, processes, and tools to improve efficiency and accountability.
• Lead large program teams or mega-projects with regular stakeholder communications.
• Ensure contract compliance and robust QA/QC.
