Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Senior Production Support Engineer (PMTS) to join our embedded reliability team in the NY area. You will drive scaling efforts, lead technical initiatives, and mentor other engineers while advancing the Agentforce Operations platform’s reliability and performance.

You’ll work closely with product and infrastructure teams to ensure production excellence, implement IaC practices, and apply AI/ML techniques to automate reliable operations at scale.

Formación

• 9+ years in SRE, production engineering or backend engineering with operations focus.
• Experience scaling products through high growth (1 to 100) journeys.
• Strong communication across diverse technical stakeholders.
• Expert in production-grade code: Golang, TypeScript or Python.
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, Terraform/OpenTofu, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).

Responsabilidades

• Own the reliability roadmap for major product areas, enabling global-scale enterprise solutions.
• Provide technical leadership as a Principal-level staff member guiding direction.
• Mentor LMTS/SMTS with formal and informal guidance.
• Maintain and evolve infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Scale AI/ML infrastructure and ensure real-time data pipelines.
• Lead production excellence—build observability tooling and prevent incidents.
• Deep-dive on SQL, API latency, and cross-service communications.
• Leverage AI tools to automate operations and accelerate delivery.
