• Proven scaling experience guiding a product through high-growth, with debt and architectural shifts.
• Effective communication across stakeholders with varying technical backgrounds.
• Proficient in production-grade coding with Golang, TypeScript, or Python.

Responsibilities

• Own reliability roadmap for major product areas, scaling to global enterprise levels.
• Provide technical leadership as a Principal-level staff member guiding direction.
• Mentor LMTS/SMTS members through formal and informal mentoring and set high tech standards.
• Maintain and evolve infrastructure-as-code; improve developer experience.
• Support AI/ML infrastructure, ensuring GPU resources and data pipelines for real-time insights.
• Lead production excellence by enhancing observability, tooling, and incident prevention.
• Deep-dive into SQL, API latency, and cross-service communication for performance.
• Leverage AI tools to automate routine ops tasks and accelerate delivery.
