Leadout Capital seeks a seasoned Production Support Engineer to join the embedded reliability team in Virginia. You will help scale our Agentforce Operations platform, lead reliability initiatives, and partner with product and engineering to ensure enterprise-grade resilience.

You will own the 1-to-100 scaling efforts, optimize SQL/APIs, and drive AI-ops initiatives, while mentoring junior staff and contributing to architecture reviews.

Qualifikationen

• 9+ years of experience in SRE, Production Engineering or Backend with a focus on scale.
• Proven scaling experience in high-growth SaaS environments.
• Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Golang, TypeScript or Python and automation practices.

Aufgaben

• Own the reliability roadmap for major product areas and scale architectures.
• Provide technical leadership and guide the team’s direction.
• Mentor LMTS/SMTS and foster collaboration across the group.
• Develop infrastructure as code and improve observability tooling.
