Job summary

Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a Principal Recruiter to own full-lifecycle recruiting for senior roles within the Core Recruiting team.

You will partner with senior leaders to deeply understand talent needs, build pipelines, and drive process improvements that scale recruiting across global markets. You will own end-to-end recruitment, from intake to close, leveraging data, pipeline analytics, and AI responsibly to deliver business-ready outputs and improve efficiency, cost, and quality.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in a technology company or fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Experience scaling recruiting processes across global markets.
• Deep knowledge of the entire candidate lifecycle from sourcing to closing.
• Data-driven approach to pipeline management and metrics.
• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from role intake through close for senior-level searches across Core portfolio.
• Build candidate pipelines through self-sourcing and research to maintain hiring velocity.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate hiring needs into effective search strategies and candidate experiences.
• Drive data integrity and use pipeline analytics to inform hiring efficiency and bottlenecks.
• Design and pilot recruiting processes to scale impact across global markets.
