Coinbase, Inc. is hiring a Principal Recruiter to join the Core Recruiting team within People Success.

You will own full-lifecycle recruiting for senior, hard-to-fill roles and partner with senior leaders to translate needs into effective search strategies, while driving process improvements that scale hiring across global markets. Expect to lead pipelines via self-sourcing, leverage data analytics for decisions, and apply AI responsibly with human oversight to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in a technology company or similarly fast-paced, high-growth environment, with demonstrated success closing senior and hard-to-attract candidates.
• Experience building and scaling recruiting processes across global markets.
• Deep knowledge across the entire candidate lifecycle, from talent mapping and sourcing through interviewing and closing.
• Data-driven approach to pipeline management with the ability to translate recruiting metrics into strategic recommendations for stakeholders.
• Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from role intake through close for complex, senior-level searches across your Core portfolio.
• Build candidate pipelines through self-sourcing and competitive research, ensuring sufficient depth and quality at each stage to maintain hiring velocity.
• Partner with senior leaders across your client groups to translate hiring needs into effective search strategies and a strong candidate and interviewer experience.
• Drive data integrity and use pipeline analytics to inform hiring efficiency, surface bottlenecks, and improve outcomes for your hiring teams.
• Design and implement recruiting processes and pilot programs that help the team scale its impact across global markets.
