Job summary

Coinbase is hiring a Principal Recruiter to join our Core Recruiting team within People Success. You will own full-lifecycle recruiting for senior, hard-to-fill roles across Core, partnering with senior leaders to understand hiring needs and drive scalable processes.

You will build pipelines, maintain hiring velocity, and implement data-driven strategies to improve outcomes across global markets, while using AI responsibly with human oversight.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in a technology company or fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Experience building and scaling recruiting processes across global markets.
• Deep knowledge across the candidate lifecycle from talent mapping to interviewing and closing.
• Data-driven approach to pipeline management with the ability to translate recruiting metrics into strategic recommendations.
• Utilizes generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from role intake through close for complex, senior-level searches across Core portfolio.
• Build candidate pipelines through self-sourcing and competitive research to maintain hiring velocity.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate hiring needs into effective search strategies and a strong candidate/interviewer experience.
• Drive data integrity and use pipeline analytics to improve outcomes for hiring teams.
• Design and implement recruiting processes and pilot programs that scale impact across global markets.
