Job summary

Coinbase is hiring a Principal Recruiter to join the Core Recruiting team within People Success. You will own full-lifecycle recruiting for senior roles, partnering with senior leaders to understand talent needs and drive scalable processes across global markets.

You will build pipelines, ensure a high-quality candidate experience, and use data to inform hiring strategies while responsibly leveraging AI with human oversight to improve efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in a technology company or fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Experience building and scaling recruiting processes across global markets.
• Deep knowledge across the candidate lifecycle from mapping to closing.
• Data-driven approach to pipeline management and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to close for senior-level searches across Core portfolio.
• Build candidate pipelines through self-sourcing and research for hiring velocity.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate needs into search strategies and strong candidate experiences.
• Drive data integrity and use pipeline analytics to improve hiring efficiency and outcomes.
• Design and pilot recruiting processes to scale impact across global markets.
