Job summary

Coinbase is seeking a Principal Recruiter to join the Core Recruiting team within People Success. You will own full-lifecycle recruiting for senior-level roles across Core portfolio and partner with senior leaders to translate hiring needs into effective search strategies.

You’ll build pipelines through self-sourcing, scale recruiting processes globally, and use data to improve efficiency while maintaining human oversight of AI-driven outputs.

Qualifications

• 8 years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in tech or high-growth environments.
• Experience scaling recruiting processes across global markets.
• Deep knowledge of candidate lifecycle from mapping to closing.
• Data-driven with ability to translate metrics into actions.
• Responsible use of AI with human oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own full recruitment lifecycle for senior-level roles in Core portfolio.
• Build pipelines through self-sourcing and competitive research.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate needs into strategies and improve candidate experience.
• Drive data integrity and pipeline analytics to improve hiring efficiency.
• Design recruiting processes and pilots to scale impact globally.
