Coinbase, Inc. is hiring a Principal Recruiter to join our Core Recruiting team within People Success. You will own full-lifecycle recruiting for senior roles, partnering with senior leaders to build pipelines and drive scalable processes across global markets.

You will influence hiring strategy with data, implement AI-assisted workflows with human oversight, and help Coinbase attract top talent in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with quarterly in-person surges.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting in a tech or high-growth environment.
• Experience scaling recruiting processes across global markets.
• Deep knowledge of candidate lifecycle from mapping to closing.
• Data-driven pipeline management with metrics-driven recommendations.
• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for senior-level roles in Core portfolio.
• Build pipelines via self-sourcing and competitive research to maintain velocity.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate hiring needs into effective search strategies.
• Drive data integrity and use analytics to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Design and pilot recruiting processes to scale impact across global markets.
