LawnStarter is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the end-to-end consumer experience after first booking through the customer lifecycle. You will set the vision and roadmap for this area, partnering with engineers, designers, data/science, marketing, and operations to ship impactful AI-powered experiences.

As the AI-driven consumer experience lead, you will own onboarding, discovery, scheduling, and personalization, while ensuring a delightful, trustworthy journey for millions of households.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience on consumer-facing products.
• Experience launching AI-powered consumer experiences.
• Strong customer-obsessed mindset with ability to translate feedback into product decisions.
• Systems thinking and ability to ship across a marketplace with impact on both sides.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding, scheduling, cross-sell, cancellation, and win-back journeys.
• Define product vision and roadmap for the consumer experience.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, data science, marketing, and operations.
• Decide where AI adds value and ship AI-enabled features responsibly.
