LawnStarter is seeking a Lead Product Manager for New Customer Experience to own the entire first-service journey—from signup to the initial booking—for all LawnStarter brands. You will define the vision, partner with engineering, design, operations, marketing and data, and ship AI-native enrollment experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the consumer's first service experience from signup through first booking.
• Define the vision for the first service experience and coordinate with engineering, design, operations, marketing and data.
• Ship prototypes for AI-native signup and validate with real customers.
• Collaborate with Consumer Experience, Pro Experience, Pricing and AI & Agents teams and report to senior product leadership.
