Job summary

LawnStarter is seeking an experienced Lead Product Manager to own the end-to-end consumer experience from first booking through the customer lifecycle. You will define the vision for AI-driven improvements and partner with engineers, designers, data science, marketing, and ops to ship it.

You will lead a full product area as an individual contributor, aligning with the Pro experience and reporting to the Sr. Director of Product.

Qualifications

• 6+ years as a product manager on consumer-facing products.
• Experience launching AI-powered consumer products.
• Customer-obsessed; uses reviews and funnel data to find problems.
• Systems thinker; considers second- and third-order marketplace effects.
• Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, engineering, design, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding from first booking to trusted customers.
• Own search and discovery to help customers find services.
• Own property details shaping the service a Pro walks into.
• Own scheduling, skips, and frequency changes.
• Own reviews and tips to reward Pros.
• Own cancellations and win-back strategies.
• Own cross-sell and personalization for each household.
• Own AI across the consumer experience.
