Job summary

LawnStarter is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the end-to-end consumer experience after first booking, shaping AI-driven features across onboarding, search, scheduling, and reviews. You will set the vision and roadmap for this area, shipping it with engineers, designers, data/ applied science partners, marketing, and operations.

As Lead PM, you’ll operate with Lead-level scope: own a full product area, build vision, and collaborate with the PM who owns the Pro experience so every customer

Qualifications

• Experience: 6+ years as a product manager on consumer-facing products, including at scale.
• An AI builder: launched AI-powered consumer products with real user adoption.
• Customer-obsessed: identify consumer problems from reviews and data.
• A systems thinker: considers wider marketplace impacts.

Responsibilities

• Own the consumer experience from first booking through lifetime of the relationship.
• Define vision and roadmap for the consumer experience area.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, marketing, and operations.
