Job summary

LawnStarter seeks a Lead Product Manager to own the end-to-end consumer experience from after first booking through the customer lifecycle. You will define the vision, roadmap, and ship AI-enabled improvements in collaboration with engineering, design, data science, marketing, and operations.

You are an experienced PM with a proven track record of delivering AI-powered consumer features at scale, a customer-obsessed mindset, and a systems-thinking approach to a multi-sided marketplace.

Qualifications

• 6+ years as a product manager on consumer-facing products.
• Experience launching AI-powered consumer products.
• Strong obsession with customers and outcomes.
• Systems thinking across a marketplace and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with personalization and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding, search and discovery, property details, scheduling, reviews and tips, and cancellations and win-back.
• Own cross-sell and personalization surfaces. Define AI-enabled experiences.
• Set vision and roadmap for the consumer experience post-first booking.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data/AI, marketing, and operations to ship initiatives.
• Define success metrics: retention, LTV, CSAT, and roadmap delivery.
