Job summary

LawnStarter is seeking an experienced Lead Product Manager to own the end-to-end consumer experience after first booking, driving the vision and roadmap for AI-enhanced, personalized solutions across onboarding, search, property details, scheduling, reviews, and cross-sell. You will collaborate with engineers, designers, data scientists, marketing, and operations to shape a marketplace that delights households and drives retention.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience on consumer-facing products.
• Experience launching AI-powered consumer products.
• Proven ability to deliver personalized experiences at scale.
• Strong data analytics, funnel analysis, and retention cohorts.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration with design, engineering, data, marketing and operations.
• Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, engineering, design, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end consumer experience from first booking through lifetime relationship.
• Set the vision and roadmap for the consumer experience area and align with leadership.
• Ship AI-driven features that improve the customer journey while balancing risk and value.
• Define onboarding, search, discovery, property details, scheduling, reviews, and cross-sell experiences.
• Own cancellation/win-back moments and retention strategies.
• Ensure personalization is effective and scalable across the marketplace.
