Job summary

LawnStarter is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the end-to-end consumer experience from after the first booking through the lifetime relationship. You’ll define vision and roadmap, and ship it with engineers, designers, data partners, marketing, and operations.

You’ll report to the Sr. Director of Product and own onboarding, search, scheduling, and personalization across surfaces. AI-enabled experiences will be core to the strategy, with a focus on customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience on consumer-facing products.
• Experience launching AI-powered consumer products.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, engineering, design, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding, search and discovery, property details, scheduling, reviews and tips, cancellations and win-back.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, data science, marketing, and operations.
• Define 1–2 year consumer experience roadmap and vision; ship features with AI at scale.
