LawnStarter is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the consumer’s first service experience across LawnStarter, Lawn Love, and Home Gnome. You’ll define the vision, partner with engineering, design, and operations, and ship an AI-native signup experience that works for real customers.

You’ll report to the Sr. Director of Product and operate as an individual contributor focused on transforming the signup and booking flow across three brands.

Formación

• 6+ years in consumer-focused product management.
• Bachelor degree or higher in business, analytics, engineering, design, or related field.
• Experience shipping AI-powered or agentic consumer experiences.

Responsabilidades

• Own the consumer’s first service experience across LawnStarter brands.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, operations, marketing, and data.
• Define the vision for signup and booking, and translate into concrete work.
• Ship experiments and prototypes with real customers, not opinions.
• Coordinate with Consumer Experience, Pro Experience, Pricing, and AI & Agents leads.
