Job summary

LawnStarter seeks an experienced Lead Product Manager to own the end-to-end consumer experience from first booking onward. You will define the vision, strategy, and 6–12 month roadmap, collaborating with engineers, designers, data/science, marketing, and operations to deliver AI-enabled improvements that enhance retention and lifetime value.

The role emphasizes customer obsession, systems thinking, and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years as a product manager on consumer-facing products.
• Experience shipping AI-powered consumer experiences.
• A track record of extraordinary outcomes with data-driven decision making.
• Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, engineering, design, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end consumer experience from first booking through lifecycle.
• Set vision and roadmap for the consumer area and align with engineers, designers, data/science, marketing, and operations.
• Lead onboarding, search, discovery, scheduling, and reviews to optimize the customer journey.
• Define personalization and cross-sell opportunities; determine AI integration points.
• Balance customer needs with Pros and marketplace dynamics; ship scalable solutions.
