Job summary

LawnStarter is seeking a Lead Product Manager for the Consumer Experience. You will own the end-to-end customer journey after the first booking, shaping how AI informs the experience and aligning with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, data science, marketing and operations.

You will set the vision and roadmap for the consumer journey, partnering with the PM who owns the Pro experience to ensure seamless outcomes for both sides of the marketplace.

Qualifications

• 6+ years as a product manager on consumer-facing products.
• Experience launching AI-powered consumer products.
• Customer-obsessed and able to translate feedback into product improvements.
• Strong systems thinker with cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with personalization and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end consumer experience from first booking through lifecycle.
• Set the vision and roadmap for the consumer experience and align with leadership.
• Ship product changes in collaboration with engineers, designers, data science, marketing and operations.
• Define and measure success, prioritize work, and balance AI-driven and user-focused outcomes.
