Job summary

Palo Alto Networks, Inc. is seeking a Principal Product Designer to own end-to-end design for AI-native enterprise service management features and experiences. You'll work closely with Console customers to understand needs and rethink ITSM software through an AI-native lens to build cutting-edge product experiences.

This high-ownership role drives work end-to-end, makes product decisions, and operates with autonomy while mentoring other designers as the team grows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS product design experience.
• Strong craft with IA and UX thinking demonstrated in portfolio.
• Experience across the full product lifecycle, from ambiguous requests to shipped design.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Turn ambiguous customer requests into clear product requirements, then into high-craft designs.
• Own the full design process from user research, product flows, and wireframes to UI design for key product areas.
• Design core workflows and interfaces for configuring, monitoring, and trusting AI agents.
• Partner with product and engineering to shape product direction and contribute to roadmap planning.
• Help establish and evolve Console's design system and design principles.
• Collaborate with and mentor other designers as the team grows.
