Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own Console’s enterprise and AI platform end to end. You will drive the platform across identity, access, governance, integrations, and security. You’ll collaborate with AI/Platform teams to set evals and data quality, and work with customers to understand ITSM needs.

You’ll help define the startup-like product culture within the broader company and push the boundaries of AI-enabled enterprise operations at scale.

Qualifications

5+ years of product management, launching and scaling technical products.
Deep technical background with experience partnering with engineers.
Curious with a growth mindset about AI and software development.
Strong opinions on how software should work with attention to detail.
Wears many hats; can troubleshoot urgent issues and strategize market entry.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end product strategy and lifecycle for the enterprise platform across Console.
Define AI governance model balancing power, flexibility, and enterprise adoption.
Partner with AI Platform team to establish evals, datasets and metrics.
Develop relationships with design partners and customers in the ITSM market.
Help shape Console's product culture within Palo Alto Networks and push AI boundaries.
