Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a senior Product Manager for Enterprise AI to lead an AI-powered roadmap across Sales, Licensing, Finance, and Support. You will partner with leaders to automate critical journeys using AI agents and no‑code tools.

You will prototype with AI, set standards for outputs, and curate telemetry data to measure real-world impact in enterprise environments. This role is office-based with flexible hybrid options.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Product Management for Enterprise Apps, or 8+ years with a Master’s, or PhD with 5+ years.
• Hands-on prototypes or mock UIs using generative AI and no-code/low-code tools.
• Strong SDLC, Agile/Scrum, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and user stories.
• Experience with Voice of Customer in complex B2B environments.
• Deep understanding of GenAI, LLMs, context windows, and enterprise constraints.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize an AI-powered roadmap for enterprise applications across multiple domains.
• Collaborate with business leaders to automate critical journeys with AI/agentic workflows.
• Build and iterate prototypes using AI native tools before engineering handoff.
• Define accuracy guardrails, guardrails, and governance for AI outputs.
• Create and manage Golden Sets from internal data to evaluate model performance.
