Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own Console’s enterprise and AI platform end to end. The role focuses on the platform’s identity and access, admin governance, compliance and audit, and wide-ranging integrations across IT, security, HR, and finance.

You will partner with the AI Platform team to establish evaluation practices, design datasets, and measure task completion to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management launching and scaling technical products.
• Deep technical background partnering with engineering to ship highly technical products.
• Growth mindset with excitement for rapid changes in AI and software development.
• Strong opinions on how software should work and attention to detail.
• Wears many hats, capable of urgent troubleshooting and strategic market entry planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product strategy for the enterprise platform across Console—identity and access, admin and governance, compliance and audit, and integrations.
• Define Console’s AI governance model balancing power and enterprise adoption.
• Partner with AI Platform team to establish evals with harnesses, goldens, and task completion metrics for continuous improvement.
• Develop close relationships with design partners and customers; become an expert in the current ITSM market.
• Help define the product culture at Console as a startup within Palo Alto Networks and push AI-enabled product development.
