Palo Alto Networks, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager for Enterprise AI applications.

This role focuses on owning AI-powered roadmaps across Sales, Licensing, Finance, Support, Customer Success, and BI domains, partnering with business leaders to drive automation, and prototyping AI agentic workflows that integrate with enterprise APIs. You will establish accuracy guardrails, data privacy, and governance standards while curating high-quality datasets to evaluate model

Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years of experience in Product Management for Enterprise Applications, Business Systems, or Data/BI Architecture.
Domain Expertise across Sales & Revenue Ops, Licensing & Entitlements, Finance & ERP, Customer Support, Customer Success, and Data/BI.

Responsibilities

Own and prioritize an AI-powered roadmap across enterprise domains.
Partner with business leaders to streamline critical journeys with AI/agentic workflows.
Build and iterate prototypes using AI-native tools to validate requirements.
Define standards, guardrails, and governance for AI outputs in critical systems.
Create and manage Golden Sets from internal data to measure model performance in real-world scenarios.
