Job summary

You will lead with a strong background in product management, SDLC, and AI tooling, delivering practical, scalable AI solutions in a fast‑moving enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of related product management experience with a Bachelor’s or higher.
• Hands-on prototyping using generative AI tools and no-code/low-code platforms.
• End-to-end SDLC and Agile/Scrum experience with strong user stories.
• Proven Voice of Customer interviews in complex B2B environments.
• Deep understanding of LLM mechanics and enterprise AI constraints.

Responsibilities

• Own AI-powered roadmap for enterprise applications across Sales, Licensing, Finance, Support, and BI.
• Partner with leaders to identify bottlenecks and apply AI/Agentic workflows to critical journeys.
• Build prototypes with AI-native tools before handing off to Engineering.
• Define error budgets, guardrails, and compliance standards for AI outputs.
• Create and version-control Golden Sets to grade model performance.
