Job summary

Glean is seeking a Principal Product Marketing Manager for Enterprise Context to define and execute GTM for enterprise AI capabilities. You will translate technical advances into compelling narratives and position Glean as a technical leader in enterprise AI.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing.
• BA/BS in business, marketing, liberal arts, or related degree.
• Significant experience in data platforms, AI systems, or related technical category.
• Deep understanding of AI data systems including RAG, indexing, knowledge graphs, semantic layers, ontologies, and enterprise data architectures.
• Follow AI industry trends with credibility across product, engineering, research and developers.
• Exceptional technical storyteller able to translate architecture and product capabilities into compelling narratives.
• Track record of bringing complex technical products to market and influencing cross-functional teams.
• Rigorous about accuracy, comfortable with ambiguity, and technically grounded.

Responsibilities

• Own the product marketing strategy and go-to-market plans for Glean Enterprise Context, including new connectors, search quality, Enterprise Graph, structured data, memory, and context for high-quality AI experiences.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to translate architecture, tradeoffs, roadmap priorities, and customer value into differentiated positioning and narratives.
• Lead end-to-end launches for platform capabilities, including audience strategy, communications, documentation, field enablement, and post-launch adoption.
• Define Glean’s POV on the emerging context stack for AI and create technical content and customer stories that show measurability, improvement, and trust in AI applications.
• Represent Glean Enterprise Context as a technical spokesperson and equip Sales, SE, CS, and Partners with proof points and architectures.
