Job summary

Glean, the Work AI platform, is seeking a Principal Product Marketing Manager for Glean Enterprise Context. You will craft go-to-market strategies and translate AI‑centric tech advances into compelling narratives for customers and field teams.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, research, sales, and communications to shape the market story, enable the field, and drive adoption of enterprise AI capabilities across major organizations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience.
• BA/BS in business, marketing, liberal arts, or related degree.
• Significant experience in data platforms, AI systems, or related technical category.
• Understand modern AI data systems including RAG, indexing, knowledge graphs, semantic layers, ontologies, and enterprise data architectures.
• Translate complex technical decisions and market developments into clear customer/business implications.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute go-to-market strategies for Glean Enterprise Context.
• Translate architecture and roadmap priorities into differentiated positioning and messaging.
• Lead end-to-end launches for platform capabilities and adoption.
• Develop a point of view on the context stack for AI with technical content and customer stories.
• Represent Glean Enterprise Context as a technical spokesperson and enable cross-functional teams.
