Glean is seeking a Principal Product Marketing Manager, Glean Enterprise Context to define and execute go-to-market strategies for enterprise AI technologies that power reliable AI experiences. You will work at the intersection of product, engineering, research, sales, and communications, translating complex data-system advances into clear narratives and customer-ready resources.

This hybrid role in Mountain View/San Francisco pairs technical storytelling with hands-on launches and field

Qualifications

8+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience.
BA/BS in business, marketing, liberal arts, or related degree.
Significant experience with data platforms, AI systems, or related technical domains.
Deep understanding of RAG, indexing, knowledge graphs, semantic layers, and ontologies.
Proven ability to translate complex tech decisions into clear customer value.
Excellent technical storytelling and written communication.
Track record of launching complex technical products to market with cross-functional teams.
MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own the product marketing strategy and go-to-market plans for Glean Enterprise Context.
Partner with Product and Engineering to translate architecture and roadmap priorities into messaging and launch plans.
Lead end-to-end launches for platform capabilities, including documentation and field enablement.
Define Glean’s point of view on the emerging context stack and create technical content and customer stories.
Represent Glean Enterprise Context as a technical spokesperson to enable Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Partners.
