Job summary

Glean, the Work AI platform, is hiring a Principal Product Marketing Manager, Glean Intelligence to define and execute the go-to-market strategy for enterprise AI capabilities. You’ll translate model advances, evaluations, and Model Hub work into clear narratives, differentiated positioning, and practical assets for customers and field teams.

Based in a hybrid setup, you will collaborate across product, engineering, research, sales, and communications, driving launches from audience to adoption.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience.
• BA/BS in business, marketing, liberal arts, or related degree.
• Experience with AI infrastructure, enterprise software, data platforms, or related technical areas preferred.
• Strong understanding of AI models, evaluation systems, and developer tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute GTM strategy for Glean Intelligence.
• Translate technical advances into customer narratives and assets.
• Lead cross-functional launches and enable field teams.
• Develop content and collateral for executives and developers.
