Job summary
Glean, a leader in Work AI, seeks a Principal Product Marketing Manager for Glean Intelligence to define and execute GTM for enterprise AI technologies. You will translate model advances into clear narratives, build differentiated market positioning, and craft technical collateral for customers across teams.
Hybrid work is available in Mountain View or San Francisco, with a base salary range of $224k–$258k and comprehensive benefits.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience or related field
- BA/BS in business, marketing, liberal arts, or related degree
- Experience with AI infrastructure, enterprise software, data platforms, or related technical category is strongly preferred
- Understand modern AI systems including LLMs, embeddings, agents, and enterprise data architectures
Responsibilities
- Own the product marketing strategy and go-to-market plans for Glean Intelligence, including model releases and evaluation harnesses
- Partner with Product and Engineering to translate architecture and customer value into differentiated positioning
- Lead end-to-end launches for new models and platform capabilities with repeatable processes
- Define Glean’s point of view on model quality, evaluations, and reliability with compelling content
- Bring Model Hub to market by clarifying model choice, performance, cost, latency, and use-case fit
