Job summary

Glean seeks a Principal Product Marketing Manager for Glean Intelligence to define and execute our GTM strategy for enterprise-grade AI technologies. You will translate model advances into clear narratives, enable field teams, and shape positioning for reliable AI experiences.

You will collaborate across product, engineering, research, sales, and communications to bring technical advantages to life and drive adoption of Glean Intelligence solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B SaaS product marketing.
• Ability to translate complex AI technology into customer-facing messages.
• Track record bringing technical products to market across functions.

Responsibilities

• Own the product marketing strategy and go-to-market plans for Glean Intelligence.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to translate architecture and value into positioning and narratives.
• Lead end-to-end launches for models and platform capabilities with repeatable processes.
• Define Glean’s POV on model quality, evaluations, and reliability; create technical content and customer stories.
• Bring Model Hub to market; monitor industry developments and enable sales and customers.
